Ingredients
1cuporange juice
1small apple
1cupbaby spinach
¼cucumber
2inch length celery stalk
¼lemon juice
Instructions
Put all the prepared ingredients in a blender and blend together. I like to keep it a little chunky so I puree a little. If you want a smooth smoothie, continue blending.
Divide the smoothie into glasses and enjoy this vitamin and energy bomb!
