Ingredients
1cupbrown rice(pre-boiled)
⅓cupgreen onion(or ½ tsp chopped chives)
4-5radish
1cannedchickpea(250g)
4tbspsolive oil
salt and pepper(to taste)
2tbspsgrated parmesan
1tspdried oregano
1cannedtuna(150-200g)
½lemon juice
dried or fresh parsley(to garnish)
Instructions
Start to cook the rice according to package instruction.
Wash all vegetables. Cut the radish into the quarter, thinly slice the greenonion into rings.
Rinse off the chickpea and let it drain then mix in the prepared vegetables.
In a bowl mix the tuna with oliveoil, parmesan, dried oregano, lemonjuice, season with salt and pepper. Then stir in the vegetables and cooled drained rice. Garnish with fresh or dried parsley and enjoy!

The above figures assume a cup with a volume of 250 ml.
