Chocolate-walnut cookie with oatmeal

This is the best chocolate-walnut cookie recipe you have ever eaten. And healthy because of the oatmeal full of fibre.

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup unsalted butter (125g)
  • ½ cup sugar (100g)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup flour (100g)
  • 2 tsps baking powder
  • 2 tbsps unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup walnut (100g)
  • 1 cup oatmeal (100g)
  • 2 eggs
  • cup dark chocolate chunks (50g)

Instructions
 

  • Melt the butter, stir in sugar and vanilla extract.
  • Add the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.
  • Add the walnut (grind half of the walnut the other half cut into small pieces) and oatmeal too.
  • Stir in the eggs, and chocolate chunks.
  • When all the ingredients are well combined, form little balls (a little bit press top of the balls) out of it and bake at 350 F (180 C) for around 20 minutes and enjoy!

The above figures assume a cup with a volume of 250 ml.
