Orange juice gives the largest amount of juice to this vitamin bomb.

Apple: the best kind of apple for this green smoothie is a little sour but at the same time sweet. I usually make it from green apples because of its lot of juice and sour taste.

Spinach has a good effect on digestion and the function of the pancreas. It is a rich source of vitamin A, C, K, magnesium, iron, and folate. Do you know oxalates in leaves of spinach block absorption of iron and calcium?

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 small apple
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • ¼ cucumber
  • 2 inch length celery stalk
  • ¼ lemon juice


  • Put all the prepared ingredients in a blender and blend together. I like to keep it a little chunky so I puree a little. If you want a smooth smoothie, continue blending. 
  • Divide the smoothie into glasses and enjoy this vitamin and energy bomb!
