  • ¼ cup oatmeal
  • 1 tbsp walnut
  • 1 banana
  • ¼ cup blueberry
  • cup almond milk


  • Put the ingredients in a blender and start mixing at a low speed. If it is too thick, feel free to add a little more milk and blend again at a higher speed.
  • If smooth, divide between glasses and enjoy this healthy drink.
